South-Central Section
GRADUATE STUDENT RESEARCH GRANTS
GSA headquarters sends to each section meritorious, but unfunded, proposals from the Graduate Research Grant program. We receive this in the spring of each year after the award decisions have been made a the national level. The South-Central section has a committee which reviews these proposals and recommends a number of them for funding at the section level. Awards are $500 or more. Successful candidates are notified of their award in the summer, usually by July.
