This position will include both field and office work, including GPS data collection, database design, and cartographic map design as a part of an interdisciplinary team. The position will be hosted in the Planning and Natural Resource Management offices at DEWA, working closely with the GIS staff and other park staff. Opportunities to participate in other park programs will likely be available. This position is offered through the Geological Society of America's GeoCorps America Program in partnership with the National Park Service’s Geoscientists-in-the-Parks Program.
