The participant will prepare and presents interpretive cave tours and programs, and educational programs for school age children. The monument is located within the wild and rugged Klamath-Siskiyou Mountains, one of the most geologically complex and biologically diverse regions in North America. The participant will share the natural history stories of this amazing area with students and a wide segment of the public in a variety of programs. This position is offered through the Geological Society of America's GeoCorps America Program in partnership with the National Park Service’s Geoscientists-in-the-Parks Program.
