• Apply for a Student Travel Grant by 28 September
• Make your hotel reservation before 10 August to be included in the drawing for a free

upgrade to a suite.
• Last day to cancel hotel room reservations without a penalty: 20 September
• GSA student members: Sign up to work for at least ten hours at the meeting as a student

volunteer and receive complimentary full meeting registration, as well as a US$25 stipend
for every five hours that you work.

Early Registration Deadline: 28 September
